DESCRIPTION:Unwind, stretch, and deeply restore in this calming 75-minute workshop designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and leave you feeling completely renewed.  

This nurturing experience begins with gentle yin and restorative yoga featuring long, relaxing, meditative stretches.  Appropriate for all levels.

The workshop concludes with an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Koshi bells, and an ocean drum, guiding you into a state of deep rest and stillness. Many participants describe the sound bath as the deepest relaxation they've ever felt. 

Workshops are led by Angela Ambrose, a certified yoga instructor.
