More Protein with Plants 4/9/26

Looking to get more protein AND vegetables in your meals? Come learn about plant protein! In this hands-on cooking class, participants will learn the health benefits of incorporating more of these protein-rich vegetables into their meals and snacks. We will explore foods such as beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Participants will learn how to combine ingredients to make complete proteins, enhance flavor using herbs and spices, and prepare balanced meals that are deliciously satisfying.

Building Q is at the south end of the PVCC campus.  The parking lot entrance is off 32nd Street just north of Grovers. 

Please bring a container so you can take your creation home!
