Pizza Dough with Zesty Marinara Sauce 10/15/26
Bring a taste of Italy to your kitchen! You'll create a flavorful whole-wheat pizza dough paired with a bright, zesty marinara sauce made with fresh ingredients. Along the way, discover how whole grains, vegetables, and thoughtfully chosen toppings can add flavor, texture, and nutritional value to a classic favorite. Come bake with us as we wander the streets of Italy! Open to the community. Participants do not have to be a PVCC student. Registration is required.

Date/Time: Thursday, October 15, 2026 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Building Q is at the south end of the PVCC campus. The parking lot entrance is off 32nd Street just north of Grovers.
Information for Participants:
Containers are not provided. Please bring one with you.
Classes will be photographed.
Required dress code: closed-toed shoes, shirt with sleeves, and hair tied back. No baggy clothing.
