Take a culinary journey through Thailand! You’ll prepare a vibrant Pad Thai dish while exploring the bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and culinary traditions that make Thai cuisine so unique. Along the way, discover how colorful vegetables, whole-food ingredients, and balanced flavors can create a satisfying and nourishing meal. Participants will gain an understanding of knife skills and robust cooking methods. Open to the community. Participants do not have to be a PVCC student. Registration is required.

Building Q is at the south end of the PVCC campus. The parking lot entrance is off 32nd Street just north of Grovers.

Containers are not provided. Please bring one with you.
Classes will be photographed.
Required dress code: closed-toed shoes, shirt with sleeves, and hair tied back. No baggy clothing.
