Warm Apple Tart with Fresh Whipped Cream 10/8/26
Celebrate the flavors of fall with a beautiful apple tart made from scratch! In this hands-on baking class, you’ll learn techniques for creating a tender crust, showcasing juicy apples, and making fresh whipped cream. We’ll also explore simple ways to incorporate fruit, whole-food ingredients, and mindful portions into a delicious seasonal dessert. Perfect for bakers of all skill levels! Open to the community. Participants do not have to be a PVCC student. Registration is required.

Building Q is at the south end of the PVCC campus. The parking lot entrance is off 32nd Street just north of Grovers.

Containers are not provided. Please bring one with you.
Classes will be photographed.
Required dress code: closed-toed shoes, shirt with sleeves, and hair tied back. No baggy clothing.
